Left epididymis grows larger then the right, and soon shrinks

About 3 months ago, I noticed that my left epididymis sometimes grows larger then my right. Only about 10-15 minutes after I recognize that my epididymis has grown, I feel that it shrinks to normal size. I am concerned about my problem, and wish to see what your opinion is on the matter.
