Lesion on penis after mastrubation.

Hello,
Lately my boyfriend is experiencing some kind of a small lesion that looks like a slight inflammation on the head of his penis.. and this happens only when he mastrubates.. so when his penis gets back to its normal shape the lesion appears, and the next day its gone.. this is happening since 2 weeks from now.. so what could this be?
it's not painful nor irritating, and its color is the same as his penis..
so is this serious? he did urinary tests and they were negative, he also did some blood tests and nothing was there too.. could this be contagious? what could have caused it??

How are you? I think you are worrying too much. If the lesion is inflammation then itching, burning, redness, pain, warmth should be felt. As all these signs are not present I don’t think it is something serious.
During erection the blood vessels in the penis enlarge in size, it could be something due to the vessels, otherwise the lesion would have been present always, not just after masturbation. Also certain soaps, detergents and synthetics can cause mild irritation to the skin on the penis.
I would suggest that you get a urologist’s opinion on this to rule out anything serious.
