I was just wondering if you had not had a pap smear in four years or you just have not discussed the anal spasms with your Dr. in four years. I am wondering because if you have HPV you need to have it treated or it can turn into cervical cancer in some women, while others bodies can simply cure it themselves. You really need to see your Dr. every year and when you get embarrassed, think about the fact that your Dr. has heard of and seen far worse things than the scenario you're presenting.
