Hi can you please help years ago i did take some deca for weight training 200ml that's all and just stooped and never done a pct, this was when i was 27 years old i am now 36 years old
and since that injection i have had no libido or high sex drive like i did have. I have been to see an endocrine specialist who done my tests my test levels were really low back 3 years ago
when i did have a sex drive? He put me on sutanol 100ml per week i took it friday and i feel worst now and a lower lidido then ever i felt hot flushes depressed so i called him and he got my results back they are as follows
LH 3.0
FSH 5.3
Test 11.1
SHBG 14.0 that's free test he tells me
He says my levels are fine? next step estrogen levels to be checked and a MRI on my pirurity gland but he says that is ok? so not too worry! My testicles are normal size but are very soft and not hard like they were what is this? Now 2 years ago i tried saw palmetto i understand that's an anti estrogen i took that for 3 weeks and got a saw throat did nothing then all of a sudden 2 days later i was horny as hell big hard on i wanted sex wow then it went again after a few days i am guessing its a hormone problem but my levels are fine what other ones can i test for ? please help as i am at my wits ends, I have bouts off depression can remember things and a general all over lack of desire to do anything? Ps i have not had any problems with erections but i do not wake up with a hard on any more unless my bladder is full .
My age is 36 prob a stone over weight 6 ft tall and 16.5 stone big build for heavy weights no
other medical history or illness .

The lab values to not show an acute abnormality. The MRI is an appropriate test for the pituitary gland and if negative, it is less likely there is a severe abnormality. Another consideration would be the image the adrenal gland - either with a CT or MRI.
Obtaining blood tests to evaluate the thyroid can be considered. If the tests continue to be non-revealing, a referral to an endocrinologist can be considered.
The testicles can be imaged with an ultrasound if an anatomical abnormality is to be considered.
These options can be discussed with your personal physician.
Followup with your personal physician is essential.
