Lower Left inner burning sensation behind the bladder all the day.

Im having a burning sensation in the lower back behind the bladder which started slightly earlier 2 months ago which is getting more and more often now.I consulted a doctor and i had an abdomenal (abdominal) scan which showed nothing except
-- Overfilled calyces may be due to passed out calculus.
Doctor said nothing to worry and the pain was temporary.
But it is one month from now when this happened and the problem still persists. I would get relieved after passing the urine but it agiain starts after a few minutes. What should i do now
