Lower ab pain (right side) especially when I walk or urinate

I woke up with dull pain in lower ab (right side). When i walk it feels more a sharper pain with each step or when i urinate. When I sit it is a little uncomfortable too. When I lay down I feel better. I also feel some nausea. Is this an atypical UTI (but without the burning urine)?

I don't have a fever but I am very tired and just don't feel well. I have a headache.

I was worried if it was my appendix but when I press I don't get that bounce back pain right now.
My mum had a ruptured appendix but her physician assistant argued it was indigestion. Her pain was central though, not to the lower right side. My mum demanded to see a MD and he ordered a scan and they saw it had ruptured and she went in that day for exploratory surgery to clean it up. I am leaning more towards a UTI.

My stools are also light tan and I have lots of itching (especially all over my arms, from hand to shoulder) for a month now. I don't know if these things are related. My CBC, CMP, UA, thyroid, liver, blood glucose tests were all normal a week ago.

I think it was a UTI. I took sea salt water and magnesium and zinc and I can urinate ok within 24 hours.

I have been a little constipated the past couple of weeks too.

Wondering if it could also be a cyst or something?
