Lump in

I am 18 yrs old, male. In the past few months, i have noticed a small lump forming on my penis(on the upper left side of the shaft) when it is erect(while masturbating mostly). It grows proportional to the size of my penis & is almost negligible when my penis is not erect(though u can still feel it). It doesn't causes any pain at all & it is like having a tiny ball under the skin of the penis(while erect). I can move it with my skin. Apart from this everything is normal.

I didn't give much attention to this in the starting, but now as i think about it, it worries me a lot. I don't have any idea what this lump is. a cancer? a cyst? a what?
I am a virgin and donot smoke & i drink very ocassionaly. Please, help me.

Hello,
Since the lump grows proportional to the penis size when erect,so it cannot be a cyst or skin condition. This kind of lump can be due to many other causes like clot (thrombosis) in penile vessels or lymphatic blockage, benign or malignant conditions,Pyeronie’s disease or Phimosis or paraphimosis.I sincerely advise you to consult a urologist and get it evaluated as treatment depends on the cause.

I hope it helps.Take care and regards.

if your lump is growing depending on how fast it grows it could be a cancerious tummor, if it doesnt grow fast it could jus b a non harmful cyst or tummor cyst dont usually hurt depending on where they are but u could still get cancer even if u dont have sex or if u dont smoke it all depends on ur genetic make up and weather or not ur more likely to get cancer or not. id deffinatily get that checked out especial if it has grown that is a sign of cancer the sooner u get it checked out the better they can take care of it.
