Lump on penis shaft

About a week ago I discovered two lumps/lesions on my penis shaft, very close to the head. They are both on the center-left of my penis.One seems to be very small and circular while the other is a bit bigger and looks to be almost like a small rectangle and goes horizontally. I'm not circumcised so I can't get a good view of them. There is no pain, no discharge, no odor, or bleeding. I'm 29 years old and in pretty good physical condition. I've had no sexual contact of any kind in the past 8 months. I have been a little under the weather and under a lot of stress lately. When i feel them they are hard, but they almost feel detached. Other than the obvious answer of going to see a urologist, what could I possibly do?

Well, without a detailed description or a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of the lesion. Possibilities that may need to be considered include cysts, warts, infections, inflammations, primary growth from the skin or underlying connective tissue etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a dermatologist for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
