Lump under skin

Hi,
I woke up a month ago with a lump (bump) under my penis skin. It is round and the skin above it, is in the same color as the other penis skin. It is on the left part of the penis (near the middle). Also, it is painless. I have noticed it in the flaccid and the erected states. Also, I have noticed my penis taking a curve to the left in both states. I went to a urologist and he does not seem to know anything. I have pointed that I have a lump but he could not see it. The only thing he kept repeating is that I need surgery to fix my penis. So, he is more of a butcher than a doctor. He never mentioned the side-effects of surgery either. I want to know, is this peyronie's or lymphangiosclerosis? Can lymphangiosclerosis cause a curve to the penis. By the way, when I noticed the lump on my ****. I did not have any pain at all in my ****. Also, I do not have any pain in my **** when it is erected. I have noticed that when I try to bring erection to my penis. It takes more time than it did before but I get full erection. I am 25. Please, help me. I do not know what to do.

P.S. If you need any more information or photos please email me:
***@****
I beg of you please do not ignore my problem. God bless you.

Can you post an update of your case?
I have the same symptoms, a lump under my penis glans, about 1 cm in flaccid state, 2 cm in erect state. It was small in the begining. After nearly one year it became much harder. It was also accompanied with "allodynia" in the penis shaft (1 cm of delicate sensitive skin for touch and cold). The urologist told me it is peyronie's disease (scar tissue) but I don't think so because I don't have erectile dysfunction. My penis already used to take curve to the right, and now has increased.
The dermatologist told me I don't have any STD and the sensitivity issue is related to the nerves.
I also experience more time than it did before to get full erection and not having full flaccid state.

Thanks Dr J Singh for taking an interest in my case. My penis points to left and has a slight curve to left, also. I could hold my penis and bend it slightly to make a straight curve when erected. My penis curves when erected and flaccid. The matter of fact, I have noticed something lately. My penis does not go flaccid at all. It is semi-erected when shrinked. That what bothers me the most cause I did not experience this curve (when flaccid) before my problem started. I remember having a slight curve (probably less than the current one) when erected (that was before this problem). I did not experience any pain or swelling when I noticed the problem. I have noticed another thing this week. By stretching the skin on the upper part of the penis to the lower part. I noticed that on the right part of the shaft, it is like a perfect half tube, while on the left side it is not perfect. It is like there is some part missing. I can see a flat (perfect flat) area in that missing part. Does this mean that the left corpora cavernosa is less developed than the right one, which causes the curve? Can someone break or fracture his penis without pain or swelling? Will the doppler scan reveal why my penis is curved? Could the cyst be responsible for my penis never going flaccid (plus curved)? Can I remove the cyst by applying warm compresses. Thanks a lot doctor. Those are the last of my questions. Please get back to me as soon as possible. I cannot stop thinking about this problem. I am worried to death, I cannot sleep or work properly.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Unless the cyst is painful or cosmetically unpleasant, it should not be removed. Generally no treatment is required but they become painful then it means they are infected,Then surgical excision by traditional wide excision, minimal excision, and punch biopsy excision may be required.
Regarding the bend in penis, 15-20 degree bent is absolutely normal for a penis.Nothing has to be done. You will not have any problem during intercourse. Every penis is bit bent and a slight bend is normal.

But if howver if your penis is bent to the left or right so much as to make it difficult or even painful to enter your partner during sex then pyrenoie disease has to be ruled out. Doppler ultrasound and Doppler vascular scan are the same.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Thanks a lot for replying, Dr. J Singh. I really appreciate it sir. I went to another urologist, today. He physically examines my penis by stretching and applying pressure to different parts of it. He told me that I do not have anything. He told me that the lump is a cryst formation that I need not to worry about. Also, he said that the curve in my penis is ordinary in males and was caused by healed inflammations. When I asked him about the peyronie's disease, he told me that I do not have that. Is there any way to get rid of the cryst formation and get rid of the curve medically? Should I apply what you suggested? Is the doppler ultrasound scan the same as doppler vascular ultrasound?

Thanks a lot for your time, sir.

Hello,

Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be folliculitis, cyst or thrombosed lymphatic vessel. Although less likely but Mondor’s disease has to be ruled out.

Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it.You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lump persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a urologist. Doppler ultrasound may be needed to confirm the diagnosis.
I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
