Lumps for years shall I worry.

Hi there I first notice a small lump on my right testicle around 18 years ago, I have never had any pains. About 9 years ago I found it grew a smaller lump next to it and never any pains. then the right testicle has 2 very small sand like lumps right next to each other, still no pains or anything funny going on. So loads of years have passed with nothing going on. I also have anxiety bad over 31 years and now have some days tingling non hurting pains. for 5 mins a day some days on and off in that 5 mins a day in my belly was not sure if its a new stage, the lumps or the anxiety. belly pains been going about a week 5 out of 7 days. Imaging the scrotum with an ultrasound is recommended.  Possible causes of testicular lumps can include cancer, hydrocele, cysts, or a small varicocele.  Without imaging, there will be no clear diagnosis.
