Testicle ultrasound; however this one feels different. It's almost like some other posters said how its connected or it "flops" or twists around when touched. It's on the testicle, connected or growing out of it somehow, like a bulb. It can be painful if bumped and twisted around, but if left alone it's fine. I have not noticed any growth in it in the 8 years it's been there. I have seen some of the symptoms of TC and they seem generic. I know even having the symptoms can result in something totally unrelated also. I have had the aches in the lower extremities before every once in a great while, but nothing that is on-going daily or weekly. A few months ago I began having back pain and I went to my GP about it. They did an x-ray and said they found nothing but some arthritis which I take medicine for. Plus I sit at a desk in an uncomfortable chair all day (with poor posture), as back pain can be common among many because of this. I have had the 1st lump, appendix teste, for about 10 years and the 2nd one on my left testicle for about 8. Most of the time they really don't bother me, but I'm somewhat paranoid. If it were something serious, wouldn't I notice by now? I don't feel like my back pain has anything to do with it. It is a concentrated pain in one area at a time, left center or right near the tail bone. Taking Celebrex, Bextra, or muscle relaxers do aid some relief. I am thinking it might be a spermatocele based upon the readings from this forum. Would you be able to help me out on this? Thanks
