RaynaudRaynaud's phenomenon's phenomenon in medicine, is a vasospastic disorder. Is there a similar family history of the disease? Do you have a habit of smoking? If so, quit immediately.
You can consult your doctor as this may be related to the Raynaud's phenomenon, for which you might need nifedipine.
It has also been documented that sildenafil (Viagra) improves both microcirculation and symptoms in patients with secondary Raynaud's phenomenon resistant to vasodilatory therapy. Discuss this with your doctor.
