So what type of scans can be used that are noninvasiveNoninvasive Noninvasive test. There is NO WAY I am going to allow someone to stick some type of probe up my penis or or a finger up my butt; or spread contact jelly on my private parts (or anywhere near them as in the lower abdomen) to do a sonogram. There is NO WAY I will be naked in front a female staff member nor talk with one about these problems.
Varicocele:
Left side with very large and painful veins. We are talking a 5/16” wide diameter veins that cause the back of scrotum to wall to deform / protrude from the weight. The pain often makes me feel nauseous.
There is NO WAY I have having open surgery for this. I am looking for variscocele embolization where a interventionist radiologist closes off the veins by passing a catheter into your veins and blocking them off.
I am looking for someone that goes through the neck AND NOT the groin so I can wear clothing (sweat suit) as I am not going to be nude. I am looking for someone that closes off the veins permanently with something other than the metal coils they use as these can come loose and kill you (I do not see how hollow coils can completely block the flow, only reduce the flow so they will do no good as I want the painful variscocele veins gone and not just have the blood flow reduced).
Hydrocele / Other Testicles:
I suspect I have this on the right side as there appears to be a bag of fluid around testicle. The left testicle has shrunk from veriscocele. There is pain in both testicles which I would describe as nerve and / or vein pain and there appears to be some larger veins developing on right side also.
There is NO WAY I am going to have jelly spread over my privates so a sonogram scanner can be moved over it - what kind of Medieval torture chambers do they come up with these test in?
Skin Bridge:
Yes, another health problem form my uncaring parents. This is caused from my mother and her doctor not looking at the penis following birth. I have two large ones (1/2” or so) - one on the right and one of the left where a flap of skin has grown onto the head from the shaft causing a “bridge”.
I WILL NOT be having any female nurses or other staff while I am nude or after during surgery care and nor will I be talking about this to them. I can’t get any information since all the hospitals have female nurses.
Veins:
The surface veins in my forearms appear to be failing. Some swell up to 5/8” wide as the blood is backed up. This is painful as the forearms feel as they are on fire. Some varicose veins are developing on my calfs now. I am wondering if I have deeper defective veins as I’ve always had lower blood pressure (assumed from being an athlete) but can’t get any answers as when I bring all these symptoms up the doctors ignore most of them as they are simply interested in getting you in and out as fast as possible to turn over more patients per hour.
Nerve Pain / Muscle Pain:
Nerve pain in lower back, down legs, buttocks, in testicles, sometimes running down arms and upper back. The right calf muscle twitches all day and night - you can see it - its like an electrical storm. Infrequent switching them moved to the left calf, thighs, and arms (pecs). The right calf muscle will occasionally lock up - it will completely tighten up as it being torn apart and the only way to get it undone is to stand on it (which is difficult as its painful as hell).
Don’t know where to get help as the nurses and doctors are ****. First doctor actually told me the variscocele was caused by an infection and wanted to know about sexual activity - found the cause on my own since I’ve never been on a date and know what a varicose veins looks like.
Went to urologist and ******* walked in with a female student and started talking about my problems. I NEVER GAVE PERMISSION - who the hell do they think they are anyway? Then he proceeded to lie to me by telling me the way to solve it was a surgical ligation - yep no mention about the nonsurgical variscocele embolization I found online because of course that would mean no business for them - I thought doctors where there to tell you the options not be a used car salesman.
Made a appointment with urologist clinic over 100 miles away and told them I did not want a female. What do they do but set me up with a male nurse (not a doctor) in a office with two female colleagues. He has to call another hospital to get advice and then proceeded to lie to me - telling me that embolization can’t be used on large veins and open surgery would be needed. This is a complete lie as the opposite is true (smaller veins can be a problem) - all he wanted is business.
So where does one go to get a sound medical advice as I don’t trust doctors and nurses anymore. I have more examples such as doctors telling you that your subscription is a rarer hard to find drug and that you will only get it at the hospital pharmacy - wrong its a common drug available for a couple dollars instead of $70.00. Lies, lies, lies from uncaring people.
