Mass in Scrotum?

Last night I located a mass similar in size and shape to a coffee bean in my scrotum. The mass appears to be attached to my right testicle, but not directly. I am able to hold the mass in my fingers about a centimeter away from the testicle, and when I move the testicle the mass moves with it. So far I have had no pain, ejaculation was normal, no pains other than one I might be imagining (a dull pain on the testicle), and no other affects. I plan to visit the doctor within the week but I was just looking for some other opinions.

Edit: It also seems to be on the top of the testicle.
