Mass in Testicle

I'm concerned that I may have testicular cancer.  I am a 29 y.o.
white male.  I have had a lump in my left testicle for at least 2 years now, but was never concerned because I feel the same structures on the right (just larger on the left).  Recently, the lump has become larger and painful.  Its located at the base and rear of the left testicle, it appears to be part of structures located at the base of my testicles and is attached to them.  My left testicle seems to be lower now and I have a dull ache in that testicle (almost like a pulled muscle).  I can see the lump hanging on the base on my testicle while looking in the mirror.
Its the size of a dime.
I'm afraid I may have a tumor and would appreciate any info.
Thank you.
