Hi, I wonder if you might have retrograde ejecualtion where the semen goes into the bladder instead of out of the penis. Have you ever noticed a semen like substance while urinating.
This is not comon in most cases but can happen. One cause would be bladderneck or prostate surgery, or instrumentation damaging the sphyncter at the bladderneck.
I have this due to bladder and prostate surgery at the age of 30. It could effect your firtility but other than that it does not cause other negative problems.
God bless,
Ron
Hello,
There is no other duct or opening other than the ejaculatory duct and urethra through which the semen can be ejaculated. If ypu are having any such problem, then it could be due to congenital bilateral or bifida urethra.I would suggest a urologist’s evaluation for this.
Hope it helps.Take care and regards.
