Masturbation

Hi guys, I have some concerns about masturbation. I don't think my body is reacting 'normally.' For example, masturbation is not pleasurable at all standing up but fairly pleasurable when lying down. When I lie down though I seem to ejaculate less. I dunno if that's a problem. If I masturbate while sitting down, I sometimes feel a pressure in my stomach after ejaculation. It is oddly relieved by burping. Also, I seem to have problems with orgasm. I *** a lot but my orgasm is weak. Sometimes I will get a sense of relaxation after ejaculation but other times I feel nothing, just the *** coming out. I masturbate very little, on average once or twice a month, so I know it's not because I'm doing it too much. And I got my thyroid checked recently so I think my hormone levels are okay. Testicular cancer is probably out of the question as I'm only 21. Any thoughts?

Thanks for the response. I did a little research on my own and found out that orgasm intensity will vary. Some guys just naturally have less intense orgasms and feel almost nothing. Intensity will also change throughout your life. Knowing this makes me feel better.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Since you are ejaculating normally when masturbating while lying down or standing up, so the problem seems to be psychological in nature. Until and unless you experience pain while masturbating, less semen or any other symptom like blood in semen, there is nothing to worry about.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
