Medical report help needed !?

I will see my doc in evening.

my blood report says

UREA -23
BUN- 10.8
Creatinine Serum-1.1
Uric Acid- 4.8

I doubt i have acute cysititis ...i have this problem for last many years.

KIndly suggest if the report is ok or not ..

test was done in morning without food (fast)

i am 29 yr old guy....is it normal for me
