Mondor's disease, or thrombophlebitis of the penile veins, normally is self-limiting and requires conservative treatment.
However if there is bleeding, discomfort, or pain, then a surgical procedure can be done to treat this.
NSAIDs or aspirin are the normal conservative approaches, however a referral to a urologist to ensure there isn't anything else going on is advisable.
