: Thank you Doc,
I really appreciate your fast and clear answer. I'm afraid you're gonna see me around for quite some time :) Sorry...you know I'm a Hungarian, and here in Hungary I just can't talk normally to any of the doctors. Whenever I ask them, they say some ******** and go away. It's damn annoying !! So, I'd have two more questions:
  1. Have I read well, that there has been found connection between some liver enzimes/hormones/other ??? and the presence of prostate diseases ??
  2. Could you explain it in a few words please, how does the Viagra work ? Like influences brain chemicals or hormones or what ??
Thank you again, and if there's need for words of appreciation - I mean in the public - just let me know ;)

Dear Davidoff
I am not sure I understand your first  question. Please ask a more specific question.
As for question number two, Viagra is technically a type V phosphodiesterase inhibitor.  In other words, it is a drug which will work  in the penis by temporarily preserving  the substances that signal the blood vessels to open.
