My Fiance Penis feels ripple

Well my fiance is in the military and just told me his penis feels like its rippled inside. He said it hurts when he wakes up with morning erection and his pee is cloudy but still yellow, no abnormal color. His kidneys dont hurt, just his penis hurts he says. He is away now and said he's going to see a doc. when he comes home( hes scheduled to return next week) What could this be. I looked up kidney stone but he has no pain in his kidneys so i'm concerned... Please help
