My left Testicle always seems to be in pain every 3-5 months. Why is this? Doctors can't come to a conclusion!?

Ok so if you don't mind reading a long story ... here goes.

I am sixteen now and about three years ago I began to experience pain in my left testicle whilst walking home from school. The feeling is the same or equal to someone physically kicking you in the area. The pain would only be there if I was walking or if I touched it and pressed on it. If I am sitting down the pain completely is gone within 5 minutes and it feels perfectly normal.

Now, back then I didn't think much of it and I let it go and I soon found that everything goes back to normal in approximately two days time. So from then until now I have still been experiencing this pain. After a little bit of research I began to think I was experiencing torsion and de-torsion. One night I was playing Tennis and it was extremely painful but I still saw the entire match through. After the match I became worried and went to a medical clinic. The Doctor examined me and he could not find any evidence of torsion, the only thing he could say was that it may have untwisted itself.

So then I was referred to a Urologist and he checked me out. He asked me standard questions (If I have had sex etc.) Which at that time I told him no. This was at the end of last year and I had had unprotected anal sex with my girlfriend but I realised I was an fool and didn't want to do it anymore so I didnt go through with it. I didn't want to tell him to avoid the embarrassment. Anyway, he did all tests of my urine and a few days later he gave me a call and said everything is all clear I have no infections. I thought great at least that is all OK. So he saw me one more time and he told me there was nothing wrong with me.

Now, two night ago I had another episode. I was in a lot of pain and was rushed to the hospital late at night. I was extremely confident that it was torsion because I was experiencing nusea with the pain. We got to the hospital and I had an ultrasound and it turned out blood flow was very normal and the Doc comes out and tells me that there is no torsion at all (It still hurt at this time if I walked or put pressure on it). He told me the next thing he could think of was an infection so he wanted me to get on antibiotics. After he said that the nurse comes back with my urine tests and there was no infection whatsoever. So then the doctor asks me if I had engaged in anal or vaginal sex in the past 2-3 months and I told him no (which was the truth). I asked him if oral sex would be of concern and he told me no that is fine. As we were leaving he said honestly, I don't think there is anything wrong with you but I want you to go back to the specialist.

So now it is two days later, the pain is gone when I walk but when i grab the testicle it is in still a little bit of pain. After tomorrow usually everything goes back to normal and if it follows a pattern I will not experience this for another 3-5 months. The weird thing is if it was torsion what are the chances that it would twist back ALL those times I had this... and also torsion centainly does not last 48 hours.

I am extremely confused and worried, I don't know what is wrong.

I would appreciate any help/opinions.

Thank you very much,
Stugots.
