Dear Jose,
It sounds like you caused your self some trauma while masturbating. You may have what is known as a fractured penis. Usually, the penis will become limp immediately, and you will have some noticeable bruising and swelling, which it sounds like you had This is a form of trauma to the penis and in 20% of cases it involves the urethra causing blood in the urine and burning. If there was significant scaring, and the nerves were involved, the sensory nerves of the penis could be damaged making it more difficult for you to climax or feel.
The definition of a fractured penis is rupture of the Tunica albuginia of the corpus cavernosum due to external trauma of the erect penis. It usually occurs during vigorous intercourse or vigous masturbation. Basically, as the two tubes fill with blood during an erection, one of these is popped due to external trauma. There is no treatment unless you had it fixed as soon as it occurred. You may experience curvature secondary to a scar formation later in life.
The only other though I have is another condition that causes penile curvature. This condition is usually more progressive not instantaneous. You may have a disease known as Peyronie’s disease, this would explain your pain and disfigurement curvature of your penis. Peyronie’s disease is due to a scar that forms inside the penis. There is no known cause or origin of this condition but it affects men at all stages of life. It is not caused by a sexually transmitted disease however some theories state that it may be caused by trauma secondary to intercourse.(vigorous intercourse) Its primary symptoms are curvature of the penis during erection (this may interfere with intercourse), pain during erection, soft erections, shortening or narrowing of the penis, and a hard plaque felt below the skin. This can be a progressive condition. It is important to see a urologist soon before the curvature progresses any further.
The goals of treatment are to relieve pain and make the penis function adequately. There are some medications that are used however nobody has the magic pill to cure this problem. Our current medications help deal with the symptoms and help make life better but if all else fails and you have persistent pain there are surgical option reserved for those who truly need it.
My recommendations are to be see your Urologist and let him know any progression. Another thing you can do is take a polaroid photo of your penis while it is erect.(top view and side view). You can show your urologist so he know how serious your problem is.
