My penis is blue

When i have a need to pie my penis becomes blue and when i masturbate my penis also becomes blue.I think that is normal when i need to pie my penis to become blue but the reason for my penis to become blue when i masturbate i think it is because i have vein right under the head of my penis.I read other article about this it says that the reason for this could be other health problems but i don't have any of that.Could this be a consequence of the bad ballanitis i had years ago?

Blue penis while urinating can be due to vascular disease that compromises the blood supply of penis.I would suggest you to consult a urologist as without examination confirmation of a diagnosis is tough.

I was at the urologist today and he checked my penis and he told that there's nothing wrong.I have a good developed penis the only thing i was wrong i was kipping my foreskin rolled down he told me to keep the foreskin rolled above the penis head.He told me not to worry at all because everything is ok with my penis.
