My penis is really painful

Hello,
My penis has been red for around 4 days now. On the first day i thought it would just pass over as i slept, but i couldn't sleep very well at all. My penis really hurt and everytime i pulled my skin back it hurt more. Now 4 days later my penis is still red and it seems like it is becoming sort of  "dry". There seem to be small cuts in the inside of my skin which really hurt. Everytime I try to pull back my skin it really hurts in a burning kind of feeling. When i pull back my skin there is stuff on it which i can whipe of with my finger just by touching it. I dont know what to do. Could some one please help me? Will this pass over time or should is there anything i can do about it? This all started after sexual intercourse with a woman that I know for a long time now.

Hi you either have yeast or a case of balanitis. See your doctor to get this cleared up.

All the best.

If there is no possibility of STDs it sounds to me like an yeast infection (Not an STD).
