No orgasm. Trouble Urinating

im 14 and recently i have had trouble urinating at night. & its been a long time since i had an orgasm. when i masturbate i feel the pleasure in my penis but i no longer have the whole buttocks tightening, toes curling, thing. when i ejaculate there is no orgasm but i go limp as if i just had one.
and last time i ejaculated i noticed it was sort of jelloish (i mean it was white and stuff but it wasn't liquidy)
its really starting to suck. advice?
