No pleasure sensation in from my penis

Ever since I was young I have had delayed orgasms during all types of sexual activity.
I have been with the same woman for over 25 years and both of us have noticed that the time it takes for me to orgasm has greatly increased. When I was 18, we could have "sex" for about 30 - 45 minutes before I orgasmed. Now at 45, we have intense, oral, manual and intercourse for well over 1 - 1/2 hours with only the occasional orgasm on my side.
It seems in the last year that I do not recieve pleasure from my penis... rather the orgasm and some pleasure is the culmination of the sexual activity. During intercourse, I do not feel any pleasure... if there is an orgasm, it is do to the overall physical movement of the act... not any pleasure during the intercourse.
I usually do not have any problem attaining a erection although I have used Viagra in the past (1/3 100 mg) to ensure that I can keep erect enough time to attempt to achieve orgasm.
During masturbation... agian it seems that I do not have the pleasure... until the physical movements bring me to the point of orgasm... I do not feel pleasure from my penis up to that point.
The Question is... What do I do? I have not had an orgasm with my wife for over a month (extended (1hour) masturbation still works) and it is starting to effect our sexual relationship.
I am not on any prescriptions. The only thing that I think of is a doctor prescribed "Fluocinonide ointment usp, 0.05%" for poison ivy. I have been using it for about a month. About 2 months ago another doctor prescribed it for a rash on the shaft of my penis. I used that for about a month.
I have also been a cyclist for a number of years. I have read that the "butt in the seat" problems envolve the damage to the nerves that effect erections, not pleasure.
SO... here I am... I am a healty 45 year old male that seems to hardly ever receive any sexual pleasure any more.
ANY SUGGESTIONS??

I am not aware of the steroid cream that you were prescribed being associated with your symptoms.
I would screen for various diseases that can affect the nervous system and decrease sensation.
Diabetes would top this list. A simple screen would be a blood test looking at the fasting sugar.
You can consider a referral to a neurologist to undergo further testing to determine any evidence of peripheral neuropathy.
These options can be discussed with your personal physician.
Followup with your personal physician is essential.
