No sperm in semen

by nne_mak, Sep 23, 2009 04:14AM
Due to inability of my wife to get pregnant, we both went for fertility test.
I discovered I had 0 sperm count and No mobility when a semen analysis result was out.
My doc then sent me for a series of test that include a Scrotal Scan

The result of the Scrotal  scan showed
- low amplitude echo consistent with orchitis
- mediastinum testis absent
- No mass
- No hydrocele
- Epididymis normal
- There are dilated tubular tortuous veins in the pampiniform plexus consistsnt with varicoceles

After from that every other details read normal.

The result with the same from both left and right testis.

What do you think?

The Dr/sinologist conclude the result with

Conclusion (a) bilateral Orchitis
(b) Bilateral Varicoceles
