Not Fully Engorged

I have no problem getting an erection, during sex or sexual stimulation I have no problem keeping one, It's just not fully engorged. I had my doctor check everything blood related to the issue and everything came back "normal". I have just gotten a refral to see a urologist, but I wanted to see if anyone had any idea what the problem might be, to be honest, I dont remember a time ever in my life when my penis did get fully engorged, but my girlfriend says she remembers about 5 years ago I seemed fine. During sex one time she came down kinda hard on me and it hurt pretty bad, but I figure that 5 years is plenty time to heal, but maybe im wrong. In any case, please tell me what you thinkt he problem might be. This worries me a great deal.
