I am having problem in my penis area.
Here are the symptoms..
Inflamed slightly in the tip(opening to be exact)down to the top of the fore skin(i am circumsized)
Burnis off and on except when urinating and then everything feels fine while and shortly after.
I did put a cream(designed for Diaper rashes, vitiman A&d on the area last night before sleeping) and the inflamation (inflammation) went way down. I put some skin protectant on my head and got a little inside the opening, and it is burning just a little bit more. I do feel my kidneys from time to time, but not any sharp pain. I have been reading of std symptoms, and it is hard for me to see that this is. No burning at all durring urinating, in fact it is soothes the slight burn sensation.
When I did wipe myself today afterworking out, I noticed some blood on the toliet paper.
in the morning I am fine, but I have noticed latley when I have coffee, this is when this condition flairs up...
Can I get any advise on this?

Tough to say without examination. STDs and other infections should certainly be ruled out. A urethral swab or urine tests for analysis, gonorrhea and chlamydia should all be done regardless of the risk.
If negative, you can consider a fungal infection - which can cause some inflammation. Another possibility can be a dermatitis.
Another possibility can be a urethral stricture or urethral polyp - which can be evaluated with a cystoscopy.
You can discuss these options with your personal physician or in conjunction with a urologist.
Followup with your personal physician is essential.
