Ocassional Urethra Issues

My urethra issue started about 1 year ago, it first happened when i noticed a burning sensation from peeing. I immediately knew it wasn't an std  since i have not had sex yet. I ignored it and the next day i noticed white/red rashes around the head of my penis. so I went to the doctor based of what i told him he said it was UTI and that the rashes were probably caused by the UTI as well, he gave me meds and they definitely helped and pretty much got rid of most it but ever since then I occasionally get some slight itchiness and also when i pee, I went back and the doctor he tested me and said that i had no infection but he gave me some more of the same medicine to see if it could get rid of that occasional irritation feeling but it did not work and it still continued to reoccur. Some days i dont feel it all and the feeling is only in the left side of the urethra, I have noticed that some things irritate my urethra like when i eat something sugary. I have also notced that cranberry juice does help. another thing to note I have never had any strange discharge or blood, and aside from the urethra issues my penis functions, looks normal and healthy
