penileCancer - penis discharge is most commonly seen in cases of infection.
I would test thoroughly for infection, including a urine test or urethral swab for gonorrhea and chlamydia. The prostate should also be evaluated with a rectal exam. Prostatic massage can be considered and any fluid expressed should be sent for analysis and culture.
I would also consider blood tests for HIV and syphillis as well.
If infection has been ruled out, a cystoscopy can be considered to comprehensively evaluate the lower GU tract.
