Dear Wong
Thank you for your question.

Testicle ultrasound are usually about the same size. They rapidly increase in size at
pubertyPuberty and adolescence to about 20-25 c.c.s. Diseases like mumps orchididtis ( the mumps virus affecting the testicle) or varicoceles ( varicose veins of the cord) can stunt testicular growth. When one side only is affected, there is disparity in testicular size. Fertility and masculinity is not a problem as long as you have one normal testicle. Tumors, epididymal infections and cyst can make one testicle feel larger than the other. It is difficult to make a diagnosis without being able to examine you over the internet therefore I recommend seeing your doctor for a check-up .
More individualized care is available at the Henry Ford Hospital and its urban campuses by calling (1 800 653 6568). We can also arrange local accommodations through this number if this is your need. Please bring any physicians’ notes and lab test results that you may be able to obtain. These will help us greatly.
