Last october I recieved oral sex from a unknown woman. I am a 34 year old male. I freaked out and begin to look for discharge. I often milk my penis each day a few times a day looking for discharge. Sometimes i see very light yellow stains in my underwear. I always dribble a little after i urinate. I have done this for years. No pain when I urinate at all. Could I have got a STD from having that oral incounter with that woman. like I said the fluid in my penis is completly clear. Mainly early in the morning i have to milk it out. I just dont want to get discharge mixed up with urine stains in my underwear. Some days i dont see anything at all. Please help I am stressed about this. What chance do I have of getting chlaymidia or something else from this.
It may be possible for an STD to be transmitted during oral sex.
Testing the urine and obtaining urethral swabs for gonorrhea and chlamydia and a UTI is reasonable.
If the symptoms continue, a prostate exam and/or ultrasound can be considered.
