MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Not being able to urinate after an orgasm can be due to tensing up and contraction of th pelvic muscles after intercourse. It is normal if you are unable to urinate even after 10 min of orgasm. There is nothing wrong with you.

Hope it helps.Take care and regards.
