Hi,
Thanks for writing in. Pain at the tip of penis suggests prostatitis, but this could be due to routine UTI’s or STD’s. Do you have any other symptoms like urgency, frequency, burning micturition etc?
I would suggest that you get a STD panel done along with urine analysis and culture and visit a urologist.
Best.
I have had a similar problem for the last 10 weeks or so I have been tested for common STD's and all came back negative and have seen my GP on several occasions I have used creams and antibiotics called flucloxacillin which have done nothing I had protected sex and maybe a brief unprotected back in the beginning of June, i feel like an idiot as I had a g/f back home the symptoms started hours after the sex and I didnt treat it for 2 weeks as I thought it was thrush plus I was on holiday in Greece (this girl was scottish) im from the UK, its not painful just annoying but now I am thinking I have all sorts and am checking my glans all over my body thinking the worst case scenario, no discharge or any other symptoms other than anxiety and loss of appetite due to worrying 24/7, do you think I have anything to worry about? many thanks
