PAINS IN MY PENIS AND TESTACLES

I had sex 11days ago.Although I used condom,it somehow got broken and I released inside her.It was later I realised that.Immediately after we finished,I started feeling a kind of unusual pain in the track of my penis.I did not bother at first but when it became persistent I had a feeling that something is wrong because it was my first affair with her. What do I do?

Hi,
This is Jimoh.
Thank u very much for your suggession.Back to ur question, the pain is mild,as I can call it for now.It is felt throug the track of my penis and sometimes within my testacles. It  makes me uncomfortable taking in to consideration the time, almost 2 weeks, it has started. However,my fear is whether I was infected by any STDs.For now I have suspended meeting my wife to avoid further deterioration of the situation. What would you kindly suggest on this?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi.

How would you describe this pain? Is this something sharp, dull? Where is this located?

At this point, the pain may be secondary to manipulation or an irritation caused by the sexual activity. In the absence of problems with erection or ejaculation, in the absence of redness or discharge, this may not be something you should be worried about. If there is any pain with erection or if there is inability to maintain or initiate an erection, then this may be something that need to be further assessed.

Just continue to observe your symptoms. This should resolve in a few days.
