There are 2 possibilities I can think of. The first is the presence of stones in the urinary tract as they can cause severe pain and frequent urination as well as hematuria. The other possibility could be a UTI. I’ll suggest you to consult a urologist as you might need some tests like ultrasound, CT scan etc for the confirmation of diagnosis and further treatment. Meanwhile, keep on drinking lots of fluids. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
