Hi,
Remember, Hematospermia (blood in semen) is rarely associated with significant pathology, especially in younger men. Hematospermia needs further evaluation if the patient’s age is more than 40 years; the hematospermia is recurrent or there’s associated hematuria (blood in urine). I don’t think there’s anything serious since you’re young. However, if this troubles you again and again, you need a full work-up which includes a urine analysis, semen analysis, trans-rectal ultrasound etc. I’ll suggest you to consult a urologist for the same and seek treatment. I hope that helps. Take care.
