Pain due to peyronies

Sir, I'm suffering from peyronies disease for 1.5 years. Earlier I had a small scar on the upper part of the shaft. After some time it started spreading along the shaft of my penis. Now I have a complete calicified scar along my whole shaft. Normally there is no pain but in erectile condition, it pains a lot on top.
Please help me reduce the pain.
