Pain in Left testical and spermatic cord path

I feel pain in spermatic cord and left testical (lower back side). Let me explain it in more detail.
I don't feel pain all the time but when my sexual system stimulates then I can feel in complete path of spermatic cord and in left testicals and sometimes I don't feel any pain even when sexual system stimulates. I have tried to reproduce the pain by masterbating (masturbating) but I never feel pain while masterbation (masturbation).
Please suggest me some solution as I am going to marry soon.
