This all started few months ago, Thats in Feb 2013, I had pain in my penis while urinating,it would last for some 10-30 minutes. The pain was relative with urination.I took a course of Norflox and some Citralka solution and the problem resolved.
But again after a month or so it again started,It was pain in penis during urinating.I left it that way and it resolved for itself in about 3 days.
Later after 25-30 days same problem started, so i went to see a doctor,
Urine culture--mild infection
sugar-- normal levels
Complete Blood test: all normal
Ultra Sound of abdomen--all normal
physical examination by Doctor---all normal (prostate,Bladder)
No STDs,or any disease.
so doctor suggested to take a course of norflox and i did which resolved the pain in 2-3 days.
So again a few days back I got the same problem.
1. It pains after i Urinate and remains for some time
2. It resolves itself within 3 days
3. I have to drink lots of water during these days
4. there is no discharge, neither blood or nothing, its clear urine
For your symptoms, urethritis and prostatis needs to be ruled out. Get a mid stream urine analysis and a swab sample from the urethra done. Secondly prostatic massage with subsequent analysis of the prostatic fluid can be done to rule out prostatitis.
