Pain in Testicles

For about 2 years now, every few months or so, I get a horrible pain in my testicles. To the point where if i touch them at all I want to die because of the pain. After I take an asprin or something, after about an hour, the pain will go away.  Their are no lumps or anything on the testicles, and it only happens so often. I do notice how ever, that it is quite frequent before any sexual contact. Yet, I dont think that has anything to do with it. What could it be? And when I say bad pain, i mean it. I am 17 by the way. Any advice would be great! Also, should I see a family doctor or a Urologist. Thanks

for the last few years, i've had a few problems.. after ejaculation one of my testicles swells up and is really sore. it often feels like my left testicle has twisted 2. i also get pain every now and again at the bottom of my left stomach down to my thigh too which my instinct tells me is related to my testicle or glands. also recently it feels like my penis is getting smaller 2 and when im with a girl i *** after about 1 minute and never really feel like I’ve got a full erection. i get quite of attention from girls but at the moment i dont wont to embarrass myself lol and want to sort out my issue.
i've been to the doctors to have my testicles examined but he found nothing wrong. I often find when ever I got to the doctors I normally feel fine but the problem goes and comes and I’ve had it for years. i even had a scan last year. nothing major but apparently there were tiny bits of potassium in my scrotum. Im 21, so I’ve got through puberty as well. i've always used a condoms with girls and I’ve had an sti check and no positives results which is good and im a very healthy person. Its always the healthy once who seem to get bad stuff. does anyone have any suggestions or advice??? It would be much appreciated, regards h

I recomend that you see a doctor about this, he or she can determine if you need to be seen by a urologist.
Two possibilities are orchietis or epedidimitis, both of them being infections in the testicles. Have you ever experienced fefer or nausia with it. If this keeps recocuring, medical advise would be the best.

I had this same problem!

I went through physical exams and urine tests for the longest time. I just recently had an ultrasound done on my testicles and it turns out that nothing is wrong. I always found that after a long time, during the end of the day after running or something, that's when they would tend to hurt the worst. Since then, I have switched to briefs and it has made a huge difference. The extra support helps keep everything in place and gravity isn't so unforgiving.

You say that it hurts after sex and this could be that you traumatize them during if the sex is rough and let's face it, it's a sensitive area.

For piece of mind, I'd go see a doctor and ask to be sent to have an ultrasound to see what's going on, but I doubt anything bad is going on.
