Pain in Tip of Penis During Erection

My 52 year old husband has pressure / pain during erections for the past 6 months. The pain will wake him up in the middle of the night when he has a night erection.

- no blood or discoloration when urinating
- does not hurt to urinate
- no pain in any other area of genitals
- no unusual discharge at any time
- way more sensitive than normal

Any suggestions are appreciated.

I have a sharp pain in my penis when i get an erection! It feels like a piece of glass is inside it! I can still perform the act and have a satisfactory orgasm, then the pain goes away when i go flaccid! My wife commonly gets UTI"s but i don't?? Unless that's what this is? Any help besides "go to the dr" would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I am experiencing the same thing! I am 46. It started about 2 weeks ago. Just the head, feels like I'm bouncing it into a brick wall during sex. Did you find out the cause/treatment?

I too have the same problem as your husband. Mine started about two months ago. I'm 47 years old. During intercourse, as I push harder, I can feel the discomfort but not painful enough to keep me from ejaculating. It almost feels like 'tightness' in the head of my penis. I have no burning sensation during urination and everything else is normal until I get a full erection. No pain afterwards.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Such pain in penis after erection is due to prostatitis. It is an inflammation of the prostate gland which can occur due to infection or in your husband’s case benign hyperplasia of the prostate also. My serious advice is to consult a urologist and get an ultrasound testis along with prostatic examination and examination of the prostatic fluid before and after discharge done.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
