My husband has been diagnosed with Prostate Cancer, he recently had a CT scan and a Bone scan. He is now having pain in his left testicleTesticle lump Testicle pain Testicle ultrasound (said it feels like it is being squeezed.) He's had it before on and off, but never had the pain last so long. This is commonCommon cold for someone with Prostate Cancer and should he make his doctor aware of this?
The testicular pain normally doesn’t occur in prostate cancer. It could be due to some unrelated pathology. I’ll suggest you to do consult a urologist for the same as he might need some tests like a scrotal ultrasound to find out the cause of pain. Hence, my suggestion is to not to consider it as a part & parcel of prostate cancer and take it as a separate disease. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
