Pain in lower abdomen and in testicles, and redness on bottom of penis?

Hi,
About 3 or 4 weeks i noticed redness on the bottom of my penis, and had pain in my testicles and around my lower abdomen. I went to the doctor and said i had a UTI, and gave me antibiotics, and the pain went away. But like a week ago i started to get pain in my testicles again and in my groin area, and a burning sensation in my penis, and also the redness on the bottom of my penis hasn't gone away. Finally I've been having some pain in my stomach, don't know if that is related to any of my symptoms.

have you been screened for every STD ?
