Pain in testicals was treated for STD

Hi, I am currently in the US navy and a couple of weeks ago I was visiting Korea when I had a protected sexual actions with a female. The following day I started to have a dull pain in my testicles and lower part of my penis between the scrotum and anus. I do not have any discharge or burning when I go to the bathroom. I went and saw the Doc onboard and he treated me for an STD. The first medication he gave me you take for ten days. Well the ten days went by and I still had the pain and it seemed to get worse. So he gave me some other medication that I took 4 pills and then 4 more 24 hours later that supposed to last for about 14 days. Its been about 7 days since then and I am still getting the pain. It is not constent but it hurts mostly in the morning when i get up or when I sit down for long periods. I also sometimes have been getting pain in my left leg. Which im not sure if that is caused by that or not. From what I read and I am told most STD's are usually easy to get rid of. So i am kinda worried that it might be something else. Any help that you could give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Jason

Most STDs can be easily treated.  However with possible spread, things like prostatitis and epididymitis might occur and make treatment more difficult.  

I would assume that common causes like gonorrhea and chlamydia was tested for and appropriately treated with antibiotics.  

I would consider a thorough prostate exam to evaluate for signs of prostatitis, as well as a scrotal ultrasound to evaluate for any inflammation suggestive of epididymitis.  

If these disease are present, then longer courses of antibiotics (i.e. several weeks) may need to be considered.
