Pain in testicles, lower back (maybe kidneys) and prostate

For ten days I have had pain in my testicles, lower back (probably kidneys) and as one doctor determined on a visit, a swollen prostate. So three areas. Plus for a few days out of those ten, I had blood in my urine. I don't anymore but that could change. I sent off a sample and tests haven't come back yet.

And I can think of maybe one scenario.

Either dust mites or some other bacteria that could exist on a large cloth (that I sometimes keep under my bed to ejaculate on after sex) that is attracted to the hardened semen may have got on my hands when I touched it one time with my hand before I went to either pee or masturbate. Whichever of the two, these mites of bacteria got into my urethra, went up it until it hit the prostate and infected it and made it swollen as the doctor found out. Then it continued into the ejaculatory duct within the prostate, went into the vas deferans and into my testicles thereby causing the pain I have now.

And just recently, the end of my urethera at the tip of my penis is itchy/slightly irritable.

The pain is bad and I want this gone. Is there such as thing as a scan or ultrasound for testicles to check this stuff out and determine what the hell is causing testicular pain?
