Pain in testicles and Penis

I had protected sex with a women I should not have been with one week ago today, as well as covered oral.  For last 3 days I have had combination of pain in tip of penis, which today has subsided somewhat, and minor pressure in testicles.  More as day goes on than in early a.m.  Fearing an std and not wanting to discuss this with him(guess I am married), I asked my md to treat me for prostatis, having been treated for such a few years ago. He chose to do urinealysis, and uti workup, initial day later results negative, tomorrow will have culture.  PSA was negative.  No fever, pus, blood or anything like that.  Just pressure/pain.  Told me to drink tons of water, thought I was cured this a.m., but now it is back.  Time to visit a clinic?  COuld this be something I catched.  Would urine workup show need for antibiotics if it was an std (other than Chalymidida)or prostatis.  Could an std be passed during the removal/placement  of condom?

I would be tested for STDs such as gonorrhea and chlamydia to ensure this isn't the case.

The urinalysis and culture may still be negative even if infection is present.  

If a condom was used, the chances of transmitting an STD would be less likely, even during removal/placement of a condom.

If negative, I would consider an scrotal ultrasound to evaluate for epididymitis or a transrectal ultrasound to image the prostate for an abscess.
