I've been getting these pain while I ejaculate. Its been happenning the last 4 days. While I ejaculate I get this pain in the testicles and my heart beat starts to race, also feel very weird. Also have pain near my anus. The pain near my anus been there for a while it comes and goes. But the pain in testicles its new. After ejaculating I get like shooting pain near my testicle area and above and around the penis. I checked my testicles and nothing to be out of normal.
Pain during ejaculation can be due to conditions of the penis (bruising of vessels, or early stage of Peyronie’s disease), uretheral stricture or could be referred pain from the prostate or the bladder.
You should consult a urologist for a complete evaluation.
